Every individual associated with Softinator is responsible for understanding and adhering to this policy. Supervisors and managers are tasked with ensuring their teams are informed and compliant with these standards.

Employees and associates are encouraged to report any suspected or actual instances of bribery or corruption through established channels, without fear of retaliation.

Violations of this policy will result in disciplinary action, which may include termination of employment or contracts, and could lead to legal proceedings.
