Protection for Whistleblowers

Softinator guarantees that whistleblowers will not face any form of retaliation or adverse employment action for reporting concerns in good faith, including but not limited to:

  • Termination of employment.
  • Demotion or unfair treatment.
  • Harassment or intimidation.

Investigation Process

Upon receipt of a report, Softinator will:

  • Acknowledge receipt of the complaint to the whistleblower, if their identity is known.
  • Conduct a preliminary review to determine the need for a full investigation.
  • Ensure that the investigation is conducted promptly, fairly, and impartially.
  • Take appropriate corrective action based on the findings of the investigation.


Softinator is committed to protecting the identity of the whistleblower to the fullest extent possible and will only disclose identity if legally required or with the whistleblower’s consent.

Policy Awareness and Training

Softinator will provide regular training on this policy to ensure that all employees and stakeholders are aware of their rights and responsibilities under this policy.
