ABC Software had a custom CRM solution built but found that they needed an Android App to help their sales team stop forgetting information between meetings and the office.
Proposed Solution
We suggested interviewing the sales team to work out what functions of the system they would need access to while they were out and about. This would mean we could build a simple version that did everything they wanted to and nothing they didn’t.
Result
It took 12 weeks to get a working version live but the results were immediate; with sales team representatives documenting details at the time they were happening and the secure storage meaning, no details were lost when it came back to implementing orders back at the office.
